The roof extension adds just under 40 sq.m to the property, and creates a new master bedroom and bathroom connected to the main living level by a new bespoke designed stair. The double-height hallway includes a rooflight to bring sunlight into the centre of the apartment.
A large ‘pocket’ door slides away into a partition to open up the living area to the hallway, providing full length views through the spaces on entering the property. Throughout, a high level of specification for fittings and finishes creates a contemporary, sleek interior.
