Ebbsfleet Valley is a new town and redevelopment area in South East England, and part of the Thames Gateway, and this project consisted apartments and housing parcel on steeply sloping land – plan and section.

Details
On the western side of this parcel an important vista and route through the site was maintained using a stepped garden space fronted by apartments.
Communal garden areas were created in the middle of the site for the apartment buildings, with smaller scale housing development proposed at the bottom of the slope.
Warren Howling was a key member of the Masterplanning design team while at GSA, and worked on large mixed-use projects from early Masterplanning stages through to completion on site. Project by Gardner Stewart Architects, work was carried out while employed as Associate Director at GSA.
