This proposal incorporated most of the existing hospital buildings for refurbishment and conversion to apartments and offices.

The surrounding site was to be redeveloped for low-rise apartments and houses, incorporating many existing mature trees into public space.

Warren Howling was lead architect for the design of the Masterplan and many of the supporting design images produced for the bid document. Project by Gardner Stewart Architects, work was carried out while employed as Associate Director at GSA.
