The extension to the property enabled the creation of a large master suite and bathroom, and the formation of a larger third bedroom. Both the rear bedrooms now open on to the lower garden terrace via folding doors.
At the upper level, the roof of the extension forms a roof terrace and garden at the same level as the main living spaces. External stairs connect the terrace and upper living spaces to the split-level garden, which has been extensively re-landscaped to accommodate level changes and provide an attractive outlook from the property.
