This project included the careful protection of the retained and restored original features, including elegant plaster ceilings, hardwood floors, French doors and window shutters, while making changes to the layout.
The refurbishment also included the installation of concealed Audio-Visual equipment in the main reception rooms, along with new paneling, fixtures and finishes.
The project included consent and liaison on Listed Building Consent, Licence for Alteration from the Freeholders, Building Regulations as well as with other consultants.
