Competition win:
- An extension of the town, incorporating a multitude of uses including a marina
- Bid put together liaising with other consultants
- Varied townscape, series of character areas responding to context
- Diverse unit types within each parcel helps form sustainable community
- Broad mix of unit types in every parcel helps enhance sales rates
- Masterplan, densities and unit types geared to commercial requirements
- WH produced design, drawings, and text for the bid and organised design team
